Girl Scout Promise and Law
The Girl Scout Promise and Law are
shared by every member of Girl Scouting.
The Girl Scout Promise is the way Girl
Scouts agree to act every day toward
one another and other people, and the Law
outlines a way to act towards one
another and the world.
The Girl Scout Promise
On my honor, I will try:
To serve God* and my country,
To help people at all times,
And to live by the Girl Scout Law.
The Girl Scout Law
I will do my best to be
honest and fair,
friendly and helpful,
considerate and caring,
courageous and strong, and
responsible for what I say and do,
and to
respect myself and others,
respect authority,
use resources wisely,
make the world a better place, and
be a sister to every Girl Scout.

BROWNIE TROOP #3089 ROCKS!!!
Girl Scouts of the USA is the world’s preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls—all girls—where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth. We came together as Daisy's during school year 2006-2007 at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School. Originally, we had 4 Daisy's, one moved to a different school and was unable to continue as a scout with our group. We bridged our troop #3089 to Brownies and began a new adventure for school year 2007-2008. We have 6 brownies! All totally ROCK!! As leaders, we couldn't ask for a better troop!!
